My Jeep had to go in for warranty work and when the part was not available for several months, they just stopped calling me to give me updates. During this time, my Jeep was not drivable. Whenever I call was not available for several months, they just stopped calling me to give me updates. During this time, my Jeep was not drivable. Whenever I call them to get an update on the part that is needed, I find out that the date is pushed out again. At this point, it's currently January 2024 and my vehicle has been not driveable since October due to a warranty issue. They have also gone back and forth on whether the issue being fixed is a warranty issue or not - I was originally told that it was fully covered under my warranty. About a month later, I was told that it wasn't.. then they came back and said that it was covered... frustrating. The first time I had to bring this vehicle in for this issue, my vehicle was ready to be picked up and my service advisor left for the day and apparently didn't complete all the paperwork, so I never received paperwork for the first time I had this same warranty work done, so I don't have any paper-trail of the issues that I have experienced with these guys. It's been extremely frustrating. More

After it was diagnosed, they said it was just an injector and would be repaired And be ready That evening or the next morning. I had to call them the next afternoon. When I picked up my truck, they said it was leaking gas and had to do another fix. After I finally received it back, it smelled like gas and still does. More

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced from an auto be dealer. It took face to face visits to the dealer over a 6 month period to get my issue resolved. First and every time I went to the dealership, no one greeted me. I had an appointment, I was told to sit in my car. I sat for 45 minutes in the service line. BMultiple customers went inside ahead of me before I went back in and asked what took so long. All employees kept asking me who my service manager was. I explained I didn't know what that was and was told the second time you wait in my car they promise someone will check on me. No one did. I went up a third time and demanded to be helped. It took too long to get services done. Dropped off on a Friday and car didn't get started on until Tuesday. Disgruntled staff who won't look at you in the face if you ask for help. Never EVER going back. I was going to go up to the dealership and take my part to another facility to get serviced. More
