Everyone at Frisco Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram is fantastic. They always address any issues I am having and go out of their way to make my experience great. Brice(Service Advisor) is always quick to greet me and takes the additional time to get to know me and not just my truck. Brice has been my go-to since purchasing my truck. Tyler (GM) was quick in responding to my concerns with Stellantis and assisted me in making the right connections to get things right with a very defective truck from the manufacturer. Robert (Service Director) stepped in and helped as well after I spoke with Tyler. Robert took the additional time to review my numerous problems to ensure things were made right. My only wish is that Ram (Stellantis) had a quarter of the customer service, attention to detail, and desire to do the right thing as Frisco CDJR. More

Had an online appointment for Monday, November 27 with Davis Pham. I arrived at 4:53 pm and pulled into the drive thru area. He informed me he left at 5pm. Poor service by Davis! I was there on time for my appointment and while I was there waiting for him he left me sitting there and went home. I find this deplorable.
