First and every time I went to the dealership, no one greeted me. I had an appointment, I was told to sit in my car. I sat for 45 minutes in the service line. I explained I didn't know what that was and was told the second time you wait in my car they promise someone will check on me. No one did. I went up a third time and demanded to be helped. It took too long to get services done. Dropped off on a Friday and car didn't get started on until Tuesday. Disgruntled staff who won't look at you in the face if you ask for help. Never EVER going back. I was going to go up to the dealership and take my part to another facility to get serviced. More

I was in the service department 9 times within an 8 week period. Nobody could figure out what was wrong with my Jeep and kept throwing parts at the problem.
