Then pulled it and gave me a substandard service to review. When I asked him what happened to the lux he said they don't use that company anymore because they are too expensive. I declined that additional charge. When we went to pick up the car... The lux laminated sheets were everywhere. Apparently they still do business with that company. I don't like being lied to. I don't like having an aggressive response to my declining that warranty that was not in the sales price... Added without my permission. Then lied to about it and changed the deal that was in place before I declined. Anyways... Terrible experience. My husband was furious... We put down $5000 and then paid in full online. Came to pick it up. They kept us waiting over an hour and a half. Then send out someone that has no idea how to close the title etc. Another wait for the finance person to come out. No one asked me who would be on the title... They just put my name only and had to change it..on all the paperwork. More waiting. We paid $495 for another remote key. They said the key person would reach out to us on Monday... It's Wednesday... No word. Bad experience. Would never recommend this dealership. More
