David’s service was subpar at best. I waited for 5 hours to get my truck back only to be told that the warranty claim was denied because I have larger than stock tire. Secondly, the warranty claim was closed before the part was ordered and installed causing RAM to have questions. David was not upfront with all the information both instances I was in store. He needs to be trained better as a service writer. I will not recommend nor be bring my truck back to your establishment. This was the third time Frisco CDJR tried to get something over on me. I truly expected better out of your dealership and service department. Lastly, the only good experience that came out this situation was Carey! Only after I talked with Carey, at the end of hour 5, was there progress on getting my truck back. Once I explained the situation to Carey, he made sure to right what was wronged and go me on my way. My car was taken in for a recall which I thought would have taken a week at best. Turns out it was over two weeks that I was without it. They called when the work was completed and took my rental car back to the rental place after I arrived to pick up my vehicle. Very satisfied with the communication and my service advisors quick response to all my inquiries. More
