My third and very last visit in less than a year. Each one progressively worse experience than the one before it. This time I went in less than two weeks after my last visit where I went for oil chan Each one progressively worse experience than the one before it. This time I went in less than two weeks after my last visit where I went for oil change, and battery inspection because my jeep was having issues starting some mornings. I was told my battery was in good shape last visit but my jeep was still having issues starting so i came back in. This time they tell me the battery is completely shot and I needed a new one, a far cry from a healthy battery diagnosis I got last visit. But they also tell me my auxiliary battery is shot too! They quoted me over $1100 for Auxiliary battery and main battery replacement. I asked my service rep Davis Pham how much for just the car battery replacement and he quoted me $550!! I decided since they had my vehicle in service and I needed it the next day I would have them do the replacement work even at such a high quote. I was told it would be done before 7pm that sam evening and I told them I would Uber in first thing in the morning and pick up before work. I get there to find out they only replaced the main car battery. I was irritated a to why. Long story short, quoted me on an auxiliary battery and also sent me the diagnostic on a low voltage auxiliary battery and my vehicle DOESNT EVEN HAVE AN AUXILIARY BATTERY IN IT!!! I bubbled this up to the manager in duty who came in and tried to play hardball with me. I said i never would have agreed to pay for a battery replacement if it was just the car battery that needed replacement. Who pays someone $550 before tax to change a car battery and why would you try to gouge your customers? Especially ones that have already left you a bad review for crooked service?? The manager said fine and that he would take the battery out and put the old one back in. Then he saw what his service representative was trying to charge for just a battery and changed his tune. He ultimately brought down the price to $330 and being low in time and options, i took it. My father as sold used cars his whole life and is a proud owner of his own two lots in Minneapolis and Milwaukee. I never held that stereotypical view of crooked car dealerships before but i have never felt more vulnerable and manipulated by a company and have it happen 3 times over than i have felt with Frisco’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. This place is only 8 minutes from my home but i would travel 30 miles out of the way to avoid another experience like that ever again. By the way no one did anything to rectify, fix, prevent or change anything when it came to their honesty and work ethic that i complained in here before about so leaving this review is mainly as warning to all other customers. Stay away from these crooks and disrespectfully unprofessional people. Oh and by the way, they didn’t even wash my vehicle AGAIN after it was a complementary service I had asked for. I didnt have the time to wait for it either. More

I had not such a good experience My experience was far less than perfect and was not a 10 my car was there over a month and when my parts finally arrived they were signed for but not communicated to my a less than perfect and was not a 10 my car was there over a month and when my parts finally arrived they were signed for but not communicated to my advisor it wasn't until I called my warranty company and they gave me the name and the date that they were signed for and then I called my service advisor that it was acknowledged that the parts were there for days and then it took almost another week for the job to get done and my other issue still wasn't resolved More
Person who checked in vehicle didn’t do anything he said he would. We changed phone numbers and it wasn’t changed, said he didn’t need carshield information and it was needed. Said someone else old contact us after he went out of town and no one contacted us. I called 3-4 times over a week and no one called back. Car sat for one week without any contact. Day after vehicle picked up, additional issues have happened and my son almost missed a wedding. Repair process has caused at least 2 more issues and we have to return the vehicle Monday. After 2 weeks already, now we will be back without the vehicle for another week. Terrible communication, terrible service and the car still isn’t ready to drive after 2 weeks. More
