Poor communication with customer regarding their car’s status when in for warranty repairs. And the service managers just stay in their cubbies until one finally decides to ask if I need help. Frustrated that I had to wait 3 hours for oil change/tire rotation. Been customer there since 2016! I’m on my third grand Cherokee leased at this dealership even though I live right by Huffines. My servic rotation. Been customer there since 2016! I’m on my third grand Cherokee leased at this dealership even though I live right by Huffines. My service advisor was awesome. He made it right for me. But this is a simple service and I had an appointment! The service department has declined at this dealership over the years. In today’s world there’s too many choices for car service. Most of the oil change places get you in and out in less than 30 minutes. Only reason I’m returning to dealership is because I purchased the service agreement up front. Hoping management can fix this issue More
