It took them 6 weeks to fix my truck. They have terrible communication. They don't care what your time line might be. They dont do what they say they will do. I recently had my 2007 Ranger in for service. It spun the gears in the differential. They fixed it. My problem is this: My son had left his Ipod touch and Ipod video in the truck.
