I made earliest appointment available way in advance due to me having to be at work at 10am. Ever since the very first day of making appointment I felt very discriminated, not appreciated as a customer, off to me having to be at work at 10am. Too long of story to write it all on here I will definitely be speaking with service manager regarding this and if something doesn’t get resolved with this service advisor I will be speaking to the GM of Fritts Ford. Service advisor said the air and cabin filter were checked but were not. Car came back filthy under the hood and inside. The hood insulation was filthy as well. I was extremely dissatisfied with "Quick Lane" . I expected to be working with the service department at Fritts Ford not some subsidiary. My F-150 was there for 5 warranty items and after keeping the expected to be working with the service department at Fritts Ford not some subsidiary. My F-150 was there for 5 warranty items and after keeping the truck all day (7am to 4;30pm) all that was completed was a oil change, they did not even wash the truck. I have never been treated this way at other dealerships. Buying the vehicle was a PLEASURE, but the service department is a disappointment. You do not even return phone calls More

Both of my cars are Fords. I take them both to Fritts for their services. I have been treated fair and quickly each time. I bought a first year model C-Max in 2013 and I think there were 5 recalls that firs their services. I have been treated fair and quickly each time. I bought a first year model C-Max in 2013 and I think there were 5 recalls that first year. Fritts handled all of them quickly and properly. I have never had a issue with that car since. I still own it. My 2014 F-150 gets serviced there regularly and they do a fine job. I am very happy with the turn around time. I don't have to wait longer than promised and sometimes even sooner than promised. I have been a loyal customer for about ten years. More
