My father-in-law recommended Shenandoah Motors of Front Royal, VA to my wife and me. The sales person (Ray) we worked with was a kind and considerate gentleman. For many years I've disliked most dealersh Royal, VA to my wife and me. The sales person (Ray) we worked with was a kind and considerate gentleman. For many years I've disliked most dealerships because I felt like a tuna fish in a tank of great white sharks. My experience at this dealership was much different than past experiences. Ray was a joy to talk with and he made my wife and I feel very welcomed and much more importantly comfortable. Mark (manager) was also very helpful and professional. I would recommend Shenandoah Motors to all of my friends and family without reservation. I'm very impressed with how they're service department will consistently service the vehicle I've purchased as well. I did not know that there were car dealerships that existed like this one.
