Dan Moser worked with me I had a wonderful experience when I purchased my Enclave from Kendra Human and the experience has continued with my service. Dan Moser worked with me by setting up an appointment that fit my schedule, providing me with transportation to work and being open late for pick up. Dan and his staff are all very courteous and definitely care about their customers. More
Service the way it should be: Honest, helpful, reasonable Best service experience ever! After having my Envoy at two other shops, Shenandoah Motors went above and beyond in every way possible. Within minutes Best service experience ever! After having my Envoy at two other shops, Shenandoah Motors went above and beyond in every way possible. Within minutes of spending thousands and driving the Envoy 10 miles from another GMC dealer, the engine light came on and the car wasn't excelling properly. We immediately returned and were told they couldn't look at it for at least 4 days and it would cost another $1000 and to take it back to the first shop (that also had not fixed the problem). This was after I had paid a few thousand for them to fix that problem, and with them knowing my daughter needed the car to travel out of state for a new job. So, we called Shenandoah Motors. From the first call, they listened and we're willing to help. When we arrived, they reviewed the records and explained what had and hadn't been done,in a manner a non-automotive person could understand. They took the time and explained the process of what they would do.They waived the diagnostic fee, explaining they felt badly about what we had gone through. As we waited, a few managers sat and talked with me and my daughter. They were just being friendly, but it really helped us calm down. The following day, they spent the time examining the car, took time to call and research the previous work, and found the problem. They called me and explained their findings and gave me the the estimate, which was much less than what was previously quoted by the other dealer. Shenendoah Motors had the Envoy fixed the next day and it was under the estimate. But more importantly, the entire experience my daughter and I had helped restored our faith in car dealerships/mechanics and people. Each person we dealt with at Shenandoah Motors was friendly, honest, and genuine. Instead of attempting to take advantage of our lack of automotive knowledge, they spent the time explaining and educating. Instead of adding on services that weren't needed, they pointed them out and let us know when it should be addressed. The Operations Director, Dan Moser, even told my daughter to call if she had any problems with the car as she drove out of state to her new job. When she encountered a separate issue, she called and asked him about it, and he was just as friendly and helpful. Shenandoah Motors really went above and beyond. I highly recommend them and plan to take my other cars there as well. More

Exceptional Service and Integrity in each service performed I stumbled across Shenandoah Buick GMC last year and will never look any further. They have performed all my service on my 2013 Optima and I would trust none other. Honest, dependable, and most important ( to me ) service with a smile is what you will receive at this dealership. Dan Moser service manager is someone I have come to trust when it comes to the work/service my car requires. Being a single mom, and someone who knows little to nothing regarding service needs, you can count on the entire team to walk you thru the process all the while not emptying the pocket book. Patrick Bryant GM is receptive, always willing to listen and remembers his repeat customers. A review is the easy step in spreading the word, but I would challenge you to let the service speak for itself. Top notch, cant be beat. See you in 3,000 miles Dan!!!!! There The purpose of this email is to let anyone know, that if you are looking at a GMC vehicle, make sure you see the people at Shenandoah Buick GMC. There staff, pricing and service, will be such a nice surprise !!! Mr. Dan Moser of Shenandoah Buick GMC is one of the finest customer service people that I have dealt with in my 56 years. On March 25, 2014, I was involved in a 60 MPH vehicle crash on Hwy 66. I had been broadsided on the Hwy after another vehicle, that was in front of me, hit the guard rail and came back into my lane. Once the police arrived and I was cleared to leave the seen, I needed a tire replaced at the very least and also needed to know if my GMC Sierra had sustained any major damage that could make the vehicle dangerous to drive. (I was on a pleasure / business trip and leave in Burlington Ontario. having appointments lined up for the ensuing 2 weeks, I had no time to waste) I was able to make contact with a GMC dealer that was close by, (Shenandoah Buick GMC) I asked for the service department. I was greeted on the phone by a professional sounding individual who addressed himself as Dan Moser. I stated my concerns about my vehicle and asked how soon could I bring it in for some analysis and get the vehicle checked for any major structural damage. Mr. Moser stated “ please come in and we will get to it as soon as possible”. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, I proceed to the service department. Once at the service counter, I saw a gentleman speaking to what appeared to be another customer. I saw the name tag with Mr. Mosers name on it and was impressed with how courteous he was with this women who I assume had her car in for service. I started to relax a little. Once he was finished with this lady, he asked if he could be of help. I introduced myself and he asked if I could wait a few minutes and that he would be right back with me. I said no problem, but before he went to do what he needed to do, he asked if we were ok, meaning, were we hurt. My wife was a little shaky and I was truly humbled by the compassion that was shown. True to his word, Mr. Moser was back in a few minutes and again asked if we were ok and I said yes thank you, we are good. He then asked to see my truck and within approximately 10 minutes, my truck was inside and up on a hoist. Approximately 30 to 40 minutes later, Mr. Moser came back to us and said that everything, other than the tire, “looked” to be ok, strictly from a visual inspection. He did say without completely going over the vehicle, there might be an issue, but again, a quick visual check showed no signs of major damage to the frame , rear drive train etc. This was the info I was hoping to hear. I cannot properly express how well we were treated at Shenandoah Buick GMC. I truly wish that this dealership was closer to me, as they would get all of my business moving forward. On behalf of my wife and I, Thank you again Shenandoah Buick GMC. !!! Sincerely, Rick Gallandt email address, rgallandt@aol.com More
