Friday to drop off my Fiesta for service, was looking at the C-Max. Frank asked if he could be of any help, I stated no and he left it at that. I came back the next day to pick up my Fiesta, while waiting for last minute work on my Fiesta I was looking at a Ford Focus. Franks approached and I had a few questions on the Focus. From that poi t, we satartes the paperwotk and a short time later I was in my 2013 Focus. All I can say is Thank You for not using high pressure sales tactics, I would have left quickly. My 2011 Fiesta was fine, not as roomy as a Focus, but for adequate for a daily commuter car. More
