We decided to take a trip out to Shenandoah Ford just to look at the vehicles. Check all vehicles out and there wasn’t a vehicle out on the lot that had the price on the computer. A gentleman asks me if anyone has help me and I said yes, and he said he would get me someone to help. But before I let him go I told him that I had did some research on line about a vehicle and the prices were different. He said he would get me the person that works with the online vehicles. Missy Grove’s came out and we spoke about vehicle and ended up walking in to check on the sale price of the vehicle that we were talking about. The great part was she found the vehicle I was talking about and the PRICE was right! Missy spoke us about all the parts on this vehicle. This was wonderful; I purchase my vehicle 2 years ago from another dealership and then NEVER went over the vehicle in full detail as Missy did. My daughter is 17 years old and Missy has a daughter who also drives the same kind of car that we were looking at. If Missy can put her daughter in a Ford Focus so can I.
