Zach handled my last visit, he is very knowledgeable and friendly and treats me like an old friend when I walk in the door. I moved to Winchester three years ago, but continue to have my car serviced at Front Royal Ford for the reasons sited above. I realize this is a lengthy review, but it is my impression from the many visits over the years, not just the most recent visit. More

I took my car to Front Royal Ford for an alignment. After 6 hours, they told me the left front caster was frozen and they needed 2 more hours to test it further. They never said the car was unsafe to d After 6 hours, they told me the left front caster was frozen and they needed 2 more hours to test it further. They never said the car was unsafe to drive or unroadworthy — so I picked it up and took it to Koons Ford in Falls Church instead. Koons found several major safety issues that made the car too dangerous to be on the road. They gave me a loaner Explorer while they made the repairs. When I asked Front Royal Ford why they let me drive off in a car that dangerous without a word of warning, the service manager's answer was that I hadn't paid for the additional 2 hours of testing. I asked for the paperwork from the alignment — there wasn't any. I've reported this to Ford corporate. In my opinion, and based on my personal experience with their service manager and department, I strongly recommend ⚫️ people not put your safety in the hands of Front Royal Ford. Front Royal Ford was simply great in helping this wayward traveler. While on a road trip to Arkansas from Maryland, I started to experience issues with my Ford F150, STX.
