Dodge Review When your write reviews you always hope they are in good spirit and it’s a positive one in regards to the service you were given. However I’m writing this review with the complete opposite they are in good spirit and it’s a positive one in regards to the service you were given. However I’m writing this review with the complete opposite thought process. I dropped off my brand new 2022 dodge 3500 with less than 1200 miles on it on October 21 2022. The pickup had a transmission leak coming out of the connection between the motor and transmission. Since then I have told the misguided by Jon Sanchez every time I called to check in on my pickup. Each time it was another story on how they haven’t gotten to my pick up or how things aren’t work. He never would call me on when he said it would be finished I always had to call. Finally at the end of November I am told they will have to put in a new transmission in my truck but they have no idea when it will be in. I am then told I should called call Dodge customer care to see if I can push cooperate dodge to get me my transmission sooner. I’m wondering to myself why am I having to make this call that’s what they should be doing. But I did because I really need my truck for making deliveries. I am told my transmission will be delivered to the dealership on January 3rd by Dodge customer care and it does arrive. When I called Jon to make sure they have my transmission he has no idea what I’m talking about. He then tells me my pickup will be done on January 5th and I don’t get a call so I call at the end of the day and he tells me it will be done early January 6th. Well it’s now January 6th 2:50PM and I’m sitting in the dealership and I’m told my pick up is still not done. So finally I get a call on January 7th and my dodge was returned. I spent 2 months trying to get ahold of anyone to get in for service, none of my messages were ever returned. I finally get in for service and I was told that if it would take longer than a day they would k for service, none of my messages were ever returned. I finally get in for service and I was told that if it would take longer than a day they would keep me updated, let me pick up my truck at the end of they day and we would reschedule another time to finish. This did not happen, no communication, and closed before I could pick up my vehicle. No loaner car was offered, leaving me stranded with no transportation. Once I was finally able to get ahold of someone for an update, I was told that they could hear a noise, but couldn’t identify it, and therefore could not fix it. Told me to continue driving it until it worsens. While I was in for service as well, I specifically told them to not change my oil, since I had just done it about 200 miles before, however they went ahead and changed the oil anyways, using one of my free oil changes, when I specifically told them DO NOT CHANGE MY OIL. In short, I took my truck in to be stranded for multiple days with no communication, have my instructions ignored, and ultimately have nothing fixed. More
