We understand the frustration of breaking down on the road and the added inconvenience of it being on vacation with the kids, however the mechanical failure was no fault of our own. We are doing our due diligence to help get the vehicle repaired and back on the road. We are at the mercy of the supply line and inventory constraints. We should receive the needed part by 03.23 so as long as the selling dealership shipped the part out when we paid for it. Once the part is received we should be able to complete the repair within 48 hours provided there is no parts defect. We do not make the warranty rules, however we must abide by them. And your response is extremely unacceptable and from last I've heard, your GM hasn't returned their call. Character and Integrity is lacking in your profession as obviously at your dealership.

From my friend: The service department at Frontier Dodge is a total joke. When you know you have to call the number a minimum of 3 times in a row, before it gets answered by a person—pathetic. When they tell you they do not have your vehicle on their lot—They literally told my husband they could not locate our vehicle— after it had been on their lot for 2.5 days! incompetent. When they refuse to give you a loaner car for your 6 month old Jeep that will be in THIER service center for a MINIMUM of 89 days, and you are 5.5 hours from home, with 4 kids… HORRIBLE, UNACCEPTABLE customer care. When a Salesman named Chris, texts you and lowballs you for your Jeep, (discussing trading in the ine in the shop for a new one) but says, “I can’t help you, if you don’t let me.” When you are so desperate for a form of transportation, you consider giving them business, but they are less than considerate and lack competency to make a good deal. “Unfortunately I don’t know what I can do until you come in.” But you don’t have a car and are stranded on a trip with 4 kids— does he even understand what he’s asking of me? When the dealership REFUSES to ship your broken down vehicle to a dealership that has excellent customer care and very competent employees…. Frisco Dodge Jeep Chrysler Ram! Our 6 month old 2021 Jeep Grand cherokee laredo is stuck at Frontier Dodge in Lubbock, where they have an ETA for the needed part of 89 days… while we do not have a loaner vehicle or rental. Do.Not.Give.Them.Your.Business.

Also from my friend (great professionalism Mr. GM): Frontier Dodge The GM called me on my lunch break and opened up the conversation with, “I’m not sure I can change your perception, but I don’t think you’re giving us a fair shake.” 😆 He did not apologize for anything. He said vehicles could not be found to rent through Enterprise on Saturday… I corrected him that they had 8 days-from Saturday to the following Saturday to find us a car. He said nothing. I told him his employee told Chad they didn’t have our car on their lot. I told him at the least, his employee could lie and say something else like, “let me put my eyes on your car and call you right back.” He didn’t like this and said, “obviously this conversation isn’t going anywhere. Have a good day.” CLICK. The dealership’s GM can’t keep it cool & collected, literally called to tell me I’m not giving them a fair shake, but never apologized and ultimately hung up on me. 😭 Do not give this place your business. From the GM down-bad news. Terrible, horrible customer service. Do not go here!
