The service department here is absolutely horrible! One of my trucks broke down in Texas, so I called this dealership to see if they could let it in to diagnose the problem. They said they could. I also explained to them that my driver would be sitting in a hotel, so please let me know if there will be any delays getting to the truck, if so I can fly him home. 6 days later he is still sitting a hotel, instead of being home, because the service rep (John) has decided that it isn't worth his time to tell me that he can't get to it, instead I keep getting an answer 'tomorrow we'll look at it" 17 years of dealing with dealerships across the country, this one is by far the worst! More

Purchased a Ram 2500 from out of state. Was told it passed a safety inspection from the service department. Tires are pretty much bald. Was told there was no more room in the deal to put tires on my tr passed a safety inspection from the service department. Tires are pretty much bald. Was told there was no more room in the deal to put tires on my truck. So disappointed. Also passed inspection with the rear park sensor not working. Still refuse to make it right. I would expect this from a small town dealer not a bit time dealership. I did call and email General Manager. I received a reply from the sales manager saying they are sorry there is nothing they can do. They have no more room in the deal to replace tires and fix the issue with the park sensor they missed. I will say the sales people I worked with Rufus and Chiarra are fantastic. Would buy from them again... Just not at this dealership. More
