Purchase of a used Car We purchased a used Durango sometime in mid February 2020 that had a cracked windshield, they agreed to replace the windshield as part of the sale, we We purchased a used Durango sometime in mid February 2020 that had a cracked windshield, they agreed to replace the windshield as part of the sale, we had to take the car back because the windshield was not replaced properly, when we picked up the vehicle , the latch to the rear door wouldn't open, the auto start/stop didn't work & the remote start was not functioning either. We took the car in ourselves because our sales person failed to return our calls. It took 22 days to get the vehicle repaired, with no communication from no-one as to when,the car would get repaired, several visits to the dealership to speak to used cars manager, Dealership manager etc and still nothing. Made the 1st payment to the vehicle with only having it at home for no more than 10 days, the rest were in the service dept. Finally went to the dealership for about the 5th time & spoke with a service manager that informed us the car was ready the day before but no-one called to let us know. All repairs were made but they broke the spare tire latch, we will have to live with that because i will not take it back to the dealership & not get it back for who knows how long. Very disappointed with dealership and manager staff!!! I will not be purchasing another vehicle @ Frontier Dodge Lubbock Tx!! More

When I first came in I said I have two tire rotations already purchased, please check my breaks. I get my bill & no news on breaks. Young lady that took my truck in Said i’ll go ask the mechanic, she came out with a little plastic yellow thing & said this is what the mechanic said. I ask about them Multi point inspection report. Then & only then (not before nor during my check in) I found out that their computer system is down. * For my first time ever to your dealership Service department. I wasn’t impressed. I also had coupons for Mopar find my phone & The young lady said y’all do not carry synthetic oil, so what good are the Mopar coupons ? I was in your waiting room, call the Dealership DeMond Tron in Conroe where I have been having my truck oil changed & tbey said they have a $99., 3 oil change special (same i believe as Mopar coupons for my Dodge truck) • So you tell me does it sound like a very good first time experience??? Especially when there’s other Dodge Dealership Slayton town then I feel like I should’ve gone to instead. More
