Fixing breaks on new vehicle Very disappointed with service department accept for Billie. It has been five months for them to fix my breaks and they still haven’t fixed the proble Very disappointed with service department accept for Billie. It has been five months for them to fix my breaks and they still haven’t fixed the problem. They are well aware they still squeal while stopping intermittently. At first they didn’t believe me and finally a recall or whatever they call it came out and they fixed the rear problem I assume but the front breaks still make noise as well. It’s getting ridiculous and I hope they resolve it. I even resorted to trading it in if I wasn’t upside down. This is a brand new nice long horn edition 2019 and the problem still exists. Very disappointed in them. They kept saying they had the parts theblast three times I brought it in and of course they didn’t. Finally the breaks came for the back calipers as well but the front still makes noise. Hopefully it will get resolved I will never buy another ram unfortunately due to the service I have received. More

Customer Service Bought new 2015 Jeep, had no problems. Had a screw fall out of the sound bar today and stopped to see if they could screw it back in. Cost would be $150, or around $60 if it took less than a half hour. My daughter was the one that took it in. When I called to confirm she had heard correctly She had! I called to speak to the GM of the store, he didn’t pick up. Called back to ask again and my call wasn’t answered at all. You can buy new anywhere, no need for bad customer service More
