I went in for “the works” oil change and inspection. I asked if it included a brake inspection because the brakes are squeaking, “yes it includes a brake inspection”. The service was fine no issues, wh I asked if it included a brake inspection because the brakes are squeaking, “yes it includes a brake inspection”. The service was fine no issues, when I picked up my truck “everything looks fine”. I asked about the brakes, he said they look fine. I asked about the squeaking he said that would be considered diagnosing a problem and cost 2 hour minimum. What’s the point of an inspection if all you doing is is glancing? Is it is really an inspection? More
