A simple safety recall for side curtain airbags was to be completed same day. A manufacturing defect was discovered, parts to take 3 days. At 5 days I started calling and texting with no response. At 10 d completed same day. A manufacturing defect was discovered, parts to take 3 days. At 5 days I started calling and texting with no response. At 10 days I called the customer satisfaction manager. She reported that my service rep had been in an accident, his car totaled, so was not at work. Why didn’t someone else check on his open service tickets and inform me of progress, or call me back? More
