They were accommodating and took care of my problem, but communication was not the best. It was limited and only through text. I purchased an F150 here, my experience was good, my sales man was Cristian and he is probably the main reason I chose this dealership over others, he followed up with me, I felt like I was important to sales man was Cristian and he is probably the main reason I chose this dealership over others, he followed up with me, I felt like I was important to them as a customer and, he showed an interest in doing business, and that is what you want to see in a salesman. Most importantly, he did not shy away from letting me test drive. There were other dealerships had salesmen who clearly did not want to be bothered with a test drive if there was any chance of the customer not making a purchase on the same day, which I understand but makes it so much harder and pressurizing on a customer especially when you have minimal-interaction, low-presh buying experiences like from Tesla. The service department team has failed to communicate with me during wa but I was attended by another advisor, Jose C. Guzman. Why the 3-star review? The service department team has failed to communicate with me during wait time. I am a regular customer with Frontier Ford and a client of Mike Marufo for several years, and I never had a problem with the Service Department until this day. I took my truck to get it serviced on Saturday, March 29th and I informed the advisor that I was going to wait out in the lobby. Three (3) hours has passed and NO SERVICE DONE TO MY VEHICLE. I asked why, and they told me that the lube technician left on a lunch break. This was unacceptable and time-wasting, so I asked the advisor to return my keys and I left the dealership very disappointed. On Monday, I went back to the dealership and explained to another advisor about the situation. They were able to accommodate me and finally got my vehicle serviced. They also able to work with me on the service costs for the time lost. For this reason, I am giving it 3 stars review. I wish the Service Department team do better in communication. More
