I called Mike Marshall and asked him if I was due for an oil change. He replied yes so we made an appointment for the next day. service manager Edward has been on top of getting my car fixed. very understanding and kept me in the loop through out the process. Sold me a truck that was inspected, When dropped off for inspection upper leadership mocked me by stating that’s how it’s supposed to sound to find out it rattles and has a tier pressure sensor out.
