Dealer was very responsive throughout the process. Negotiations much like all dealerships were a bit tense, however it was a fairly painless process. The weak link was “finance”. I was given a delivery window and told that the vehicle would be delivered to my home within the timeframe, but that did not happen. I had to make a trip to the service center to pick up my vehicle. This disrupted my plans for the day and caused a lot of inconvenience. More
