The delays and lack of communication during the Bronco Raptor purchase are deeply regrettable, and it is clear that the promises made regarding the $250 credit, additional items including the mesh Bimini top and interior handles, and flooring installation were not fulfilled in a timely manner. The impact on the trade-in payoff and potential credit issues is also a serious concern. I emailed the general manager as recommended above, on Saturday September 27th, it is now Tuesday the 30th and I have not received a response. I heard back from Bonnie, the customer relations manager, after she said she returned from vacation, only saying she will check on the flooring being in stock. Then the sales guy text me saying “ So I just double checked with my service department. They told me that we got it and it will take 2 to 3 days to be installed so whenever you have time this week or next week, you can drop it off and we can work on it.” but when I asked him about a loaner vehicle and other promises made, I did not get any response. Good customer service is being proactive, not responsive. Not even being responsive, is horrible customer service.
