All personnel that I worked with were very kind, overall, my purchase seemed good. But there was a delay due to a recall issue. I bought the a Bronco Raptor Saturday and was told the recall repair would happ my purchase seemed good. But there was a delay due to a recall issue. I bought the a Bronco Raptor Saturday and was told the recall repair would happen first thing Monday morning and my vehicle would be brought to me that day. I was told I would be given $250 credit on my account for the purchase of accessories as an apology for the delay of not being able to drive it home that day. That turned into the next day and the next day. Finally I demanded the purchase be canceled or to install the flooring I wanted for free. I was told that would happen to make up for the issue. When my vehicle was delivered, my salesman told me he would be sending me a mesh Bimini top and interior handles so I wouldn’t have to purchase those. His way of making up for the delay. Been two weeks now and I haven’t seen my $250 credit, my additional items or been contacted about the flooring, either. I have tried to contact my salesman a couple times and also the customer service rep, Bonnie. Still, no reply from anyone. My previous loan on my trade in is still not paid off and is over due by 11 days and going to affect t my credit. This went from one of the best purchases of my life to one of the worst. More
Service Advisor was fantastic once I finally got an appointment. Making the appointment took serious vigilance because they simply don't answer the phones at this location. If you need recall work done, they make you talk to a random Service Advisor first to ensure they're ready and have the equipment - this makes sense except that I called multiple times and was routed to two different service advisor voicemails and no one ever returned my calls. Finally just made an appointment with the front desk and didn't tell them about the recall so I could get in there. The cashier has always been rude (doesn't even look up) and not engaging at all, but at least that interaction is brief! The things that are broken at this dealership are easy to fix with the right management and staffing. I've been going there for almost 40 years and the decline in service is disappointing. More

The process was smooth and transparent, t he only thing I didn’t love was feeling a bit of pressure when it came to add-ons like tire insurance.
