It was a horrible experience! I had to wait 4 hours for a oil change. Ridiculous! They said they didn't have a Lexus filter, so that took 45 minutes to order. I called at 9:00 am, pressed 1 for service, told all reps were busy and would be called back as soon as possible. No call-back. I called at 11:00am - same response, all reps busy. I went to Frontier Ford were busy and would be called back as soon as possible. No call-back. I called at 11:00am - same response, all reps busy. I went to Frontier Ford at 3:00. Lou Caudillo was very helpful and made an appointment immediately. Lou was great, the service was fine (efficient and done in a timely manner). We've been a customer since 1991 and never had any problem with the call in center before. More
