Unfortunately every time I bring my car for service something is not fixed. The Pro’s are that employees are always friendly and the ability to have my car picked up and deliver at home after service i something is not fixed. The Con’s are that I have been trying to reach out to them for over a week after my service and battery recall was done and I have gotten zero response. I left voicemails, website chats and try to call multiple times and I was never able to get through with the service department just to even make an appointment. As a result, I have not been able to charge my vehicle. Again, friendly employees but poor costumer service when trying to get a hold of them. I will try one more time and if I can’t get this recall related issue fixed I’ll go to another dealership. More
