I was supposed to receive a rear back window for my soft top bronco, but it was dusty and had a bend in it. It was definitely not brand new. I believe I got a used one. I brought my 2016 Ford Escape Titanium (purchased from the dealership) in September 2024 because the Sync was randomly resetting the Bluetooth connection to my phone. I asked for a “reset” back to a more stable software version. I was left with a completely non-functional Sync system with a black screen, no controls, no back up camera (although I can hear the audio) no USB charging, no hands-free audio, etc. At the time I was told I could pay $2000 for a new system, which I refused because the system was working when I brought it in. The service manager admitted his technician made a mistake and then offered to "split" the cost with me. I again refused because I brought in a working system. Service manager eventually agreed to fix my system, but after nearly 5 months and multiple phone and email interactions, being told the part was on order, I am now told the part is obsolete and there is no way to fix. The service manager has stopped replying to my emails. I escalated to the GM a week and a half ago via email and have no response. More

I have financing thru USAA and I have bought several Ford vehicles with using USAA. When I arrived, they said they do not work with USAA. I was forced to use Ford financing and now having to wait to hear from Ford so I can "refinance" with USAA. They also would not take a wire for the down payment that I wanted to do. I can only imagine that they have a quota to make on financing. Now I am having to spend hours trying to get his refinanced thru USAA. More

After the Bronco chose me as the new owner, we were introduced to Sinbad. We danced through the negotiation process, and completing the dance with a smile still on my face. The only qualms that I had were with the subpar delivery of the Bronco. The Bronco was initially not delivered in a clean like new condition. The detail cleaning of the Bronco was remedied to a level of 80%. More
