Never take your car in during the holidays! Kudos to Frank Puga and the technicians for their perseverance . Took a long time but they fixed my electrical problem. No issues service was great! The service was great came early check-in, estimated completion around 5 to 6 hours but received a call 3 hours early the car was done. Worst experience ever! I dread buying a car due to bad experience with salesman. Went on Black Friday hearing about deals . Leonel Valencia was the salesperson. He showed me I dread buying a car due to bad experience with salesman. Went on Black Friday hearing about deals . Leonel Valencia was the salesperson. He showed me a few cars. I went inside to talk numbers. The Ford Fusion with a price of $24,600 became $38,600 . Of course he added extras that I didn’t ask for. While waiting for his numbers I experienced a allergic reaction to something inside dealership. Leonel thought I was choking about the price. I informed him that I was having a allergic reaction and having problems breathing. He saw I was using my inhaler and Benadryl. Another salesman joined him and was trying to convince me purchase the car. After a few minutes I had to go outside to try and catch my breath. I was coughing so hard that I started to vomit outside. I sent my friend inside to retrieve my items. The manager on duty tried to convince me to buy the car. I told all three salesman that I was not in any condition to sign . They could see I was still struggling to breathe and still vomiting. No compassion shown at all. They continue to ask me to come back inside and they will give me a deal. My friend told them I was allergic to something inside dealership. They said, “No problem we can bring paperwork outside.” My friend said” you want her to sign paperwork in the dark? Do yo realize it is after 9pm? She needs to use her epinephrine injection. They said “ Go ahead and use your epi pen. We can wait.” Again I informed them I was very sick and need to go to ER. Once again they insisted that I purchase a car that night to meet their quota.They were one car away from meeting their goal. I felt they just wanted me to sign papers before I croaked. The manager followed us as we went to the car. I promised to return the next day. I will never support a business who main goal is to fill their pockets and have employees who show no compassion .Most people would have called 911 . I am happy to say I did get my car on Sunday from another dealer. More
