This dealership only cares about SALES. Does not try to make the customer feel pleased with the experience during the process. Tried to tack on a $1500 security system that wasn't even inst Does not try to make the customer feel pleased with the experience during the process. Tried to tack on a $1500 security system that wasn't even installed into the car. I tried to trade this car in at a different dealer, and after 4 hours I found out that this dealer put the WRONG lienholder for my loan! Now it's taking 3 to 5 business days to rectify the situation. Hopefully the car I wanted to trade this one in for has not been sold already. Lowsy mistake! More
