Had a simple service appointment at 10:00 . Was finished at 2:30 pm .Was told it would be finished around 1:00. I was told about uber voucher and I wished I used it .It seems the scheduling need Was finished at 2:30 pm .Was told it would be finished around 1:00. I was told about uber voucher and I wished I used it .It seems the scheduling needs to be improved .To have an appointment for a basic oil change ,tire rotation etc and then have to wait 4 and a half hours just doesn’t cut it for me . I think the guys who worked on my car meaning the mechanics in the back didn’t exceptional job however, my service advisor his name was Dean not the friendliest person. He was very dry and had no per mechanics in the back didn’t exceptional job however, my service advisor his name was Dean not the friendliest person. He was very dry and had no personality and did not go out of his way to make me feel special although he knew it was my first time doing business with them mind you I spent over $1200 for my services.
