I bought a 2023 Toyota Corolla at the end of June, 2023. The experience at the dealership was mediocre at best. Their sales person Preeti was fantastic. It’s just unfortunate she works for a sketchy, sleazy The experience at the dealership was mediocre at best. Their sales person Preeti was fantastic. It’s just unfortunate she works for a sketchy, sleazy dealership. Their management awkwardly stalks you in the background when meeting with their salespeople, showing blatant lack of trust their own sales people. They also dropped weird personal comments to me while standing behind me without even introducing themselves. Just bizarre behavior! The dealership’s negotiation process is less than transparent and they tried going back on the deal agreed to two months later when the car finally arrived, and while I was sitting there completing the final paperwork. Still, the salesperson was very helpful, and the dealership would have received a better review for them alone, if it weren’t for the crappy quality of the car they sold me. I bought the top trim…dropping over $30k on a Corolla, and within the first 1k miles of driving the car, the paint job is completely falling apart. Scratches all over, chips and dings around the door…the inside still smells like new car and then outside looks like a cheap used car being driven by a high schooler—horrible! I’ve driven my Toyota RAV4 for 30k miles (driving the same job, same freeways, same garage) and not a scratch or ding on it. The dealership, of course, says there’s no recalls on the Corolla paint and takes no accountability for the poor quality of their product. Extremely upsetting! More
