I have filed complaints with the Attorney General of Colorado separately and with the Auto Division, the Attorney General of New Mexico, the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission rega Colorado separately and with the Auto Division, the Attorney General of New Mexico, the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission regarding my experience with Frontline Auto and encourage others that have been taken advantage of this dealership to do the same so that someday they might be held accountable for their business practices. I purchased a truck from Frontline Auto Brokers in June and the first time I took it to my mechanic, he reported a significant amount of rust on the frame that was painted over and not visible until it was lifted in the shop along with a couple of other major repairs. I have reached out to Frontline multiple times since 7/17/25 with the only resolution presented on 7/22/25 was for me to purchase a frame kit and drive from New Mexico, where I live, to Colorado and they would "install it for you no charge. I have never personally done it here, but I talked to a shop that does it quite often and it sounds really easy to do". When I explained that this would not be satisfactory to me, as I purchased the vehicle for full asking price without knowledge of the rusted frame and am unable to spend any more money on a vehicle that I just purchased for way more than it is worth considering the damaged frame. I took my vehicle to a body repair shop in Albuquerque on 7/25/25 and was informed that the rust was starting to eat through the paint that was covering the rest of the frame and was told that I would most likely require an entire frame replacement costing approximately $10,236.70. I was called by the owner, Zack Kolanda, on 7/25/2025 at 1:22 pm but he hung up as soon as he was informed the call was being recorded to protect both parties. I am awaiting them to respond to the BBB complaint that I filed, but as I now see, there are other complaints against them without any resolution, I will now begin the process of posting reviews to hopefully warn others about dealing with them. Absolutely wonderful experience. Very professional and attentive, did not ever feel like I was under attack or being pressured. Very professional and attentive, did not ever feel like I was under attack or being pressured. More

Criminal. Went there for my first car and it was a reliable burner. No problems with it other than wear and no upselling. So I decided to go back for a longer Went there for my first car and it was a reliable burner. No problems with it other than wear and no upselling. So I decided to go back for a longer term car. Got low mileage on a 2013 Chrysler. Chryslers as I know now, not great to work with, but this dealership has ruined me with irresponsible selling on a salvage lemon. Sold with a recently resealed overfilled transmission. Fails 2 weeks off the lot… Go back with the warranty, come to an agreement for a $300 fix with a rebuild with a mechanic that works for them. (And officially doesn’t as they’ll refute work being done at their dealership one moment and claim they were working on cars the next.) Can’t be grateful enough that I got a warranty on this junk. They replaced it twice as it failed after 2 more months. Then transmission fails again and the warranty was forced to outsource the work to an outside shop, probably to mitigate the loss on their end. Specialty mechanic an hour away tells me they didn’t bother to reseal the transmission the last repair so it had been leaking and parts hadn’t been taken out of the shipped rebuild as designed. It’s been a little over half a year and every two months something goes wrong. Now I’ve been informed that the ground bolt on my battery was loose. Personal mechanic thinks one of the transmission repairs, this was likely neglected… it fried my alternator and one of the fuse boxes. There goes another 1100. Spent closer to 6000 on repairs and rentals and it hasn’t been a year. I’ll call their in-house warranty and see what happens, likely not covered. Moral of the lesson, don’t buy anything you want to drive for more than 6 months here. And DON’T ever let them repair anything, it’s not worth whatever they might owe you. If I had the money and time, I’d sue. Bad purchase by me, but they’ve set me back 3 years of finance at not even 21. Don’t ever buy from these people it’s disgusting. More
