Pleasant Enough- Should have asked more questions I felt very good about this experience until I left the dealership, but despite a couple of small issues, overall it was still decent. I felt that everyone I worked with was efficient, friendly and not pushy in any sense of the word. However, I was told that the car I was interested in had not been exposed to smoke, and that the slight smell was likely from the employee who took me on a test drive, who stated he was a smoker. It wasn't a make it or break it point for me, so I still purchased the vehicle. After driving if for several days, it is apparent that it absolutely was owned by a smoker at some point, since the smell has gotten worse since the cleaner the dealership used on it has worn off. The car had also been in a minor accident which was never disclosed or discussed prior to the purchase (which was my fault for forgetting to ask for the CarFax before deciding on the car). I did not find out about this until we were mid-way through the paperwork and I was asked to sign that the accident had been disclosed to me. I signed anyway, but asked for the CarFax which he delayed giving it to me until after the papers were signed and it was too late to do anything about. Once again, was not a deal breaker for the purchase as it was nothing too serious, but I felt like honesty on the front end would have improved the experience. I love the car that I purchased, and feel that I got a fair price for it. I still would have bought the car if both the smoking and the accident had been discussed with me, and would have had a better taste in my mouth about the whole thing. Overall I would say that this is a fine establishment and is a great place to go if you are looking for a low stress shopping/buying experience, but just be sure to ask you all of your specific questions before making a decision. More
