"Great dealer experience"

I had an appointment for a simple oil change for my "new" used Kia. I waited in the customer lounge for about 30 minutes, expecting to wait about 30 minutes longer, but was wrong. I was there about 35 minutes total...faster than any other oil change. They were professional and on time. Great job at Fuccillo Nissan and I will continue to use them for my vehicle's needs. They could however, continue to monitor pastries in the lounge. There was a sign that said they are available, but they were not.

Besides having to work on "deals" to purchase my new Rogue, it was a good experience. It did take a long time for them to get all of the paperwork together but they were also very busy. Janique was very thorough with his explanation how the car works and what everything does. The detailing department needed to redo some areas but they did so without hesitation.
