I owned my car for 18 years. The whole process of car shopping was extremely stressful to me until I met Charles (Chuck) Countryman at the Fullerton Jeep dealership. I went into the dealership while visiting my son who lives 90 miles away. Once I was back home, I decided to go back to Fullerton to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee. This decision was entirely due to Chuck. I had some unique issues that he worked hard to resolve to get me into the car I wanted. He made the process of buying a car not only painless, but fun. In fact, I brought my daughter with me and she ended up leasing a Wrangler Sport Unlimited from him as well. Although I did not deal directly with him much, I know these two deals would not have gone through without the support of Scott Zedowski, the sales manager. I would also be remiss if I did not include Bob (Bobby) Haller, the financial guru, in this review. He was extremely patient and very informative. A real pleasure to deal with.
