Good sales experience, horrible service experience. I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee limited a back in May and have had issues with the radio every since. The dealer refuses to take ownership of the faulty car and refuse to fix the issue. Told me it’s apples issue and they can’t help me anymore. Woke never recommend anyone go to this dealer. More

We purchased our 2014 Jeep from another Central Jersey Jeep dealership - and regret to say our experience there was quite negative and regrettable We received a notice from the Jeep to have our car serviced for a recall - of course we wouldn’t return to the dealership from where we purchased the car and happily chose Fullerton in Somerville- we were so relieved to find Fullerton’s staff more than exceptional- Martin was the first contact we made — he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating- we made the appointment- and received a confirmation call as well as an email to confirm and remind us about our appointment- when we picked up the car the next day we were greeted by a friendly young lady who retrieved our car and thanked us and wished a good evening - even though it was quite after closing hours We will be sure to make our next auto purchase at Fullerton.
