Called in advance "we don't take reservations, but we do have a Quick Lane". You could tell by how lackadaisical the check-in kid was it wasn't going to be good. The guy in front of me was just getting an oil change too. I followed him in the service desk. Again the woman there could care less. "It'll be a bit of a wait", the guy asks so 30-60 minutes? "Over 3 hours". I left. I just did it myself for $15 in 30 minutes, after wasting 45 minutes driving there and back. On a positive note, based on my interaction with this service department, I'll spare myself the misery of ever returning or ever buying another car there again. Plenty of other dealers in the area with stellar service. More

Best experience ever! I have always cringed at the thought of going to a car dealership. When I walked into Fullerton Ford in Somerville and met Mark Whalen, I was pleasant I have always cringed at the thought of going to a car dealership. When I walked into Fullerton Ford in Somerville and met Mark Whalen, I was pleasantly surprised by the way I was treated. He asked what I was looking for, he showed me all different options. We test drove a couple different models. He helped me decide what would be best for me. I never felt that I was being pressured. He gave me an extensive tour of the car i bought, and showed me how to use all the new functionality. I would definitely suggest that you see Mark Whalen for your next vehicle! Thanks Mark! More

I drive over 20 miles to get serviced at Fullerton and have to wait for my car, so QUICK is very important for me. I couldn’t always recommend getting service here in the past, but Kayla Brian’s and the rest of the Service Department were fantastic servicing my 2014 Escape this time. This, plus the super excellent experience I recently had with Mark Whalen while purchasing my 2018 Escape, will keep me driving the 20+ miles to Fullerton in the future! More
