I was extremely pleased with my Fullerton Ford dealership experience this week, specifically, with my advisor, George Stydocker. He went above and beyond for me that day ~ making phone calls to find a part experience this week, specifically, with my advisor, George Stydocker. He went above and beyond for me that day ~ making phone calls to find a part that was on backorder, making it possible for me to get a loaner car for a few hours & even making an adjustment on my final bill. He even made it a point to come check on me & give me updates on the progress of everything, during my time spent in the waiting room. Overall he was very helpful and friendly and I truly believe he is an asset to the company! More

I told them in advance that I would be waiting for my car, and scheduled for the earliest available morning appointment so they would be less likely to be backed up. Excuses: "We're just so busy today." "I'm sorry you're having to wait so long. We could offer shuttle service." "What do you want me to do, put you ahead of other people who arrived ahead of you?" "I'm sorry, that's just the way it is." I just wanted my oil changed and tires rotated. Honor my appointment and don't overschedule. I went to Jiffy Lube down the road, with no appointment, and was out in under 45 minutes. More
