My vehicle was returned to me in showroom condition. I'm a car guy, and they understood and respected that. They gave me a loaner to use in the meantime, which was very nice on their part. A very human car buying experience I walked into Ford Fullerton for the first time knowing very well I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle for several months. Less than two weeks I walked into Ford Fullerton for the first time knowing very well I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle for several months. Less than two weeks later I was driving off the lot in my new 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid and couldn't be happier. I blame Nick L for being such an attentive, patient and informed sales associate. What a jerk... Kidding aside, Nick really was a pleasure to deal with. He lived up to his claim of knowing each new vehicle on the lot like "the back of his hand," answered every question on my mind before I had the chance to ask, got me a much lower price than I was expecting to pay (with incentives I wouldn't have thought to ask about), and responded fast/frequently via email while I was weighing my final decisions. Most importantly, though, he treated me like an intelligent customer and didn't display any of the 100+ stereotypes typically associated with auto salespeople... not something they teach in sales school. If you want someone to sell you a new Ford, your options are plentiful. Great Experience I had been shopping around at many dealerships and although I found cars that I liked, I didn't find a salesman that I liked until I met Jordan and th I had been shopping around at many dealerships and although I found cars that I liked, I didn't find a salesman that I liked until I met Jordan and the staff at Fullerton. When I called the dealership, Jordan picked up the phone and he seemed excited to talk to me. I told him the vehicle that I was interested in and he told me that he'd help me find the perfect one. I went to the dealership later that day after work and Jordan greetEd me by name at the door. He showed me a Mustang that was exactly what I was looking for. After driving the car, we went back inside and started to negotiate. I didn't feel pressured at any time and I more than a fair price. After all the paperwork, Jordan put my photo on all the TVS of the dealership. I was very impressed by Jordan and Fullerton. I will be back for all future vehicles. More
