What a great experience! I put in a request online about one of their vehicles. I was contacted promptly and told that when I came in, Nick Lutz would help me. It was a Friday and i was not sure if i would be in after work or not. Nick gave me his cell number and told me to call him with an hour's notice and he would meet me there. I called him and within 45 minutes we were at the dealership for a test drive. Nick was nice and did not have the typical "salesman" demeanor. We talked a little about my trade, but set my expectation realistically about whether he could meet my price; the used car manager was gone for the evening. After meeting with Nick his manager, Rob Atanasov, came over to make sure everything was okay. I told Nick I might be back the next day with my family to test drive. He said that was fine and to call and let him know. I called the next morning and we went for another drive, much longer this time. Nick was very knowledgeable about the car and the rest of the process went smoothly. No back and forth, not disappearing for long times to "discuss with my manager" just a straightforward process. The finance was easy too. No high pressure for undercoat, or scotchguard or any other nonsense. When i showed them online the price i could get for the extended warranty, they matched it. Overall, a great process start to finish! More

This coming Monday the new dealer will confirme for sure what they did and what they didn't , however we were charge for the services . The problem with the car still ! We bought car at Fullerton twice already and we will not buy ford again we are ready to buy a net car but now we will change for Chevrolet . More

Got to the dealership and he already had the car ready to go at the front door. We drove it, came back looked at some numbers and realized that it was a bit much for me. I gave him a price of where id like to be on a monthly basis and he walked me over to the fusions. My eye caught sight of a 2016 deep impact blue Fusion with black 5 spoke rims. I immediately fell in love with the car. Nick Immediately found a car with the same interior package and same motor set up and we went for a drive. I fell in love with how smooth the car drove. We got back to the dealership and looked more numbers and by the end of the time I spent there I put a down payment on the car. I came back Wednesday and finished up all the paperwork with Nick and went through all the financials with Bobby. The car was sitting right outside the door where we were finishing the paperwork and all I wanted to do was go and drive it. I gave them the rest of my down payment and drove the car home! Awesome experience! definitely recommend anyone to go there and look at other cars even if they really only want one single car! When talking to Bobby, he went over other plans for me. Plans that would cover the car if any dings dents scratches that aren't to serious. He told me what the cost would be total along with what it would add to my monthly payments.. Ended up going with that plan as well. More

Great Service from Start to Finish I came in today to meet with a representative about potentially upgrading my '13 Mustang. I met with Nick Lutz and I was met with nothing but utmost I came in today to meet with a representative about potentially upgrading my '13 Mustang. I met with Nick Lutz and I was met with nothing but utmost professionalism and attention. Nick walked me through Fullerton Ford's Trade-In Program and gave me detailed information about eligibility requirements. After sharing with him the car I was interested in getting '16 Mustang, he took me to the lot to take a look and to take a test drive. During the test drive, Nick made sure I was informed of the new features of the car compared to the older model making the test drive as smooth as possible. During the usually awkward conversation about price, Nick remained professional and listened to my needs and limitations. He kept true to his word about keeping the car as close to our conversation as possible. While I did not deal with this person directly, I learned that Rob Atanasov was incredibly helpful in this process of keeping the final number as close to my limit as possible. Finally, I met with Craig Barrett from Finance and he was nothing but helpful throughout the entire discussion. I am always nervous about going into a car dealership as I feel the staff would just focus on their "bottom line." It did not feel that way for me during this experience. I highly recommend Fullerton Ford if you are looking to get a new car and I also highly recommend asking for Nick. More
