Recently our 2018 Ford Edge was serviced at Fullerton Ford thru Quick Lane. The service provider Montana Hendershot was very courteous and professional in taking care of service and other inspection nee Ford thru Quick Lane. The wait time was less and the waiting lounge is very clean and comfortable. Thank you all including the receptionist who greeted us and the technicians at the Quick Lane and at the shop inside to get the job beautifully done. Have a nice day and enjoy the summer! My experience with Fullerton Ford was second to none. My experience was underwhelming to say the least. I do understand times are very different for buying a car these days but I did buy a car in late Dec during the same environment for my wife. That was a very good experience, excellent all the way around. With that, this experience was ehh. The sales guy was nice enough, but the sales manager wasn't. Just seemed arrogant, could care less if I bought or not. I was looking for a specific color, specific packages so I dealt with it because they actually had it on the lot. I was looking at dealers within a 150 mile radius and if I did come across one on the lot or in transit it was already spoken for. If this was 2019 I would have walked out but as I mentioned, they had the one I wanted and price and trade in value was acceptable. It is not like I'll be hanging out with the sales guy or manager so whatever. 2 things that really brought this from a 2 star to 1 star review is the fact that they do not consider Nurses as 1st Responders to get the $500 rebate. The Volvo my wife got in Dec absolutely qualified Nurses for the rebate and the Jeep I bought in May of 2020 also considered Nurses as 1st Responders. They did not, the 2nd issue was about 10min after I left the dealership I called my sales guy and informed him that I left my garage door opener in my trade-in. I asked that he grab it for me and I'll pick it up over the next few days. He says no problem. Fast forward a few days, I call to let him know I will be coming by, and says he doesn't have it and will check with the folks who would have my trade-in now to check again. Calls me back to say they don't have it. Why wouldn't he called me back immediately after I asked him to grab it to say it was not there. I have to believe he never went and grabbed it and was tossed during prepping of it. So unless they happen to be the only dealer in the area that has the specs you want I'd shop elsewhere. The Ford I bought in 2017 from Flemington Ford was a much better experience, unfortunately, they didn't have what I wanted this time around. I should note though, the person I dealt with to sign the contract and financials was a good guy. He shared different options, wasn't pushy and just overall pleasant to work with. More
