Ryan the salesman who helped me purchase the truck was phenomenal, as well as their financing department. The rest of the operation was as bad as it gets. I was there for over 5 hours waiting for them to phenomenal, as well as their financing department. The rest of the operation was as bad as it gets. I was there for over 5 hours waiting for them to get a cover installed and to pickup my new truck when I made an appointment the day before. You’d think they would have had it ready to go for a customer. Their sales manager also didn’t honor his original pricing when we agreed to the purchase. Can’t believe they took advantage of the situation like that. Very disappointing!!! More
