Poor Customer Experience Our buying experience was poor driven by their lack of commitment to honor a written offer 24 hours later - which was supposed to be good for 3 days. Our buying experience was poor driven by their lack of commitment to honor a written offer 24 hours later - which was supposed to be good for 3 days. After hours of negotiation we moved forward with the purchase of a new vehicle but skeptical of what the customer service experience might be post purchase. Shame on us. We've had mechanical issues with the new vehicle the and dealership has been less then responsive. No returned phone calls, transfers from one department to another, always to a voice mail - no one seems to be available. I've since spoken to 3 other individuals who have purchased vehicles from the Stillwater location and all shared a very poor buying experience. None of the 3 had interactions with the service department yet and could not comment on a post buying customer experience. Lot's of room for improvement by Fury when your working with customers spending $+30K More

All of my question and concerns regarding my newer vehicle were answered promptly, and where necessary, documentation was provided. Brad Wheeler was my sales person. He was a very real "down to earth" guy, honest and genuine. He was very prompt in returning my calls and answering any of my questions or requests for my purchased vehicle. I always felt comfortable through out my experience at this dealership, and not pressured in any way, with any of the staff, which made it a very pleasant purchase. One thing I really liked was that I got good compliments on my new vehicle from three different employees at the dealership. Their compliments and conversations with me were genuine, not required as part of their job, and made me feel pretty proud of my purchase. I would recommend this dealership if you are in the market. Ask for Brad Wheeler to help you out- he threw in some neat accessories and incentives.....but don't tell the boss! More
