Buying a new pre-owned car. We were looking for a Dodge Grand Caravan at the Fury Dealership in south St. Paul, but could not find what we wanted. We saw there was a Dodge Journey advertised at the Stillwater location. When we arrived, we found it was actually on a different lot. Cathy Campbell took us to the vehicle and took us for a drive, and we liked it. Cathy was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She took the time (over an hour) to explain the features of the vehicle and answer any questions we had, making certain we felt comfortable with our purchase. The dealership was tidy and pleasant. Large dealership, small town service! My boyfriend and I have been looking for an SUV for a while. We no nothing about cars and find the whole situation very overwhelming. We had been shopping online, and had no idea what was a good deal. My uncles kind of a car guy, so we asked for his help. He went online and found us several options within our price range. The car dealers he's been dealing with for several years recommended Fury to us, they had a car we were interested in, so we went in to test drive a 2013 Dodge Journey. Cathy immediately made us feel very welcome. My uncle looked over every square inch of the car while Cathy explained everything to me. She was so knowledgeable and answered every question my uncle had, and interpreted the car lingo to me. The test drive was amazing! We were there until they closed, we went through all of the financing information, and my uncle and I were so impressed by everyone we talked to. The following day, my boyfriend and I came back to purchase the Journey. Cathy went through everything in the car with us, so we could set it up perfectly to fit our needs. We financed through the dealership and got an amazing rate. The last time I bought a car the finance part took 4 hours. Cathy made us so prepared, and we had already sent our information in online, so it only took 20 minutes. Janelle was hilarious and made us feel very at ease with our purchase. We love our new car and had the least stressful car buying experience possible. The staff, especially Cathy, we're so friendly and knowledgeable. No follow up on issues The sales experience was ok but once the sale was made there is no follow up.
