But when the salesman said lets see what we can do and I just laughed and thought yea right. 2 hours later they handed me the keys to a 2016 Buick Verano that was like new and to say I was amazed that they did what I thought was impossible is an understatment. they were amazing and my salesman kept me laughing the whole time. I called the dealership about a car I saw online and Anthony Perez (this is the guy you want) said to drop by and I did—the car was waiting when I got there. Decided I would buy it. Financing got me a good interest rate with a local credit union and my trade in value was above what Carfax told me it would be. I arrived at the dealership at 3:30 and left at 6 in the new car. That said, financing will pressure you to buy gap insurance and extend your warranty, and many lenders will pull your credit (hard hits that bring your score down for a few months) but that’s par for the course. It annoys the bleep out of me but I’ve never NOT experienced it when buying a car. Why 5-stars? Because I didn’t feel schmoozed and icky when I left and I still don’t. More

I gave the finance department authorization to check only gm financial. Told them i needed to get a business loan and couldnt afford to have a bunch of inquiries drag my credit down. Only 1 inquiry allowed. I was also told while i was there that the best rate offered was 10% and no full financing. I said i'd need to think about it and left. Experian alerted me that evening they pulled it 7 times while i waited without my authorization. I complained and they promised to retract the unauthorized inquities. I waited 2 weeks, over and over the manager told me it was removed. Every time i checked my credit it wasnt. They also sent me a text to me 2 weeks later the same 10% offer saying it was the best one. I called golden 1 and found out they made a 7% standing offer to Future the first day i applied with full financing. I would have taken that if Future hadnt lied! That's a truth in lending violation and they failed to uphold their fiduciary responsibility. Completely disgusted, I went to another dealer and bought a 2019 Silverado 6500 crew cab 4x4 LTZ. They pulled my credit once and got me a loan. Future Chevrolet are liars and break lending laws to gouge customers! More

Because of the late time of closing the deal we were told to take the pickup home and bring it back for the wheel swap. Agaiin almost a month ago with them asking us back and always an excuse for not changing the wheels. Finally having enough of there dishonest stall tactics I , a 70 year old disabled veteran and my older son went with my younger son, who purchased the pickup, to stop all the stalling and time wasting. I was thrown out of the showroom by the sales mgr for being to vocal and demanding to see the general mgr along with my sons. My oldest on returning to his store where he is manager found the General Manager from Future Chevrolet had phoned his supervisor to intimidate him into not writing any negative reviews. Beware Future Chevrolet has turned gangster style to cover their fraudulent intentions. I urge fellow veterans to contact me before any dealings with Future Chevrolet. More
