My first time being serviced here not sure if I will use my service contract or not due to this first experience. I had 7 am appointment and was first one there. Several other people showed up after me and my service contract or not due to this first experience. I had 7 am appointment and was first one there. Several other people showed up after me and I was still helped last. I came in for an oil change and software update. Did not leave until almost 11 am. Pretty ridiculous considering high school kids can change my oil and check all other fluids in 30 mins. Not a real good look. More

Work was done satisfactory and they always do good work. However, I asked for my transmission to also be looked at and it wasn't.
