Paid for mats and cargo cover on 11/27/23. I was told by the Sales guy they would be there the next day. I called they were not in. Called Service again and they said they tried to reach me I was told by the Sales guy they would be there the next day. I called they were not in. Called Service again and they said they tried to reach me. I never rec'd a call or text. I called again and they said everything is in. However, today I rec'd a call saying the cargo was backed order and now is in. I would have made 3 trips to the dealer IF I had listened to them. Now good service. More

This service department sent me a letter asking me to bring my car in for a recall issue. So I called and they made me an appointment.
