After doing our internet comparison and pricing from multiple dealerships, I believe John Mcclure extended the best pricing and rebates possible for this model, "Lincoln MKX Reserve" After commiting to our agreement the Lincoln was delivered to our doorstep the same evening! John is an expert in the Lincoln and sat with us in the vehicle, answered any questions we had, explained and went through every detail. He is very receptive to email and phone calls. It's truly a pleasure working with a person as knowledgeable as he. When it came to Fiance A.J. was also on top of his game, he is also very knowledgeable and cleared up any questions I had. A.J. also offered up any other add ons I may be interested in. The best part is; we never even had to step foot on the dealership lot! We are very happy with the car, the purchase, and the whole Future Ford Team. Thank-You for the experience! More

Disappointed Performed a recall on door locks. After getting the truck home I discovered the front passenger door was locked and could not be changed. Had to re Performed a recall on door locks. The technician obviously didn’t check his work and no quality checks. More

Good, But. Just purchased our 2015 F-150 from Carmax in Roseville with two outstanding recall issues. At our daughter’s suggestion we contacted Future Ford for f Just purchased our 2015 F-150 from Carmax in Roseville with two outstanding recall issues. At our daughter’s suggestion we contacted Future Ford for follow-up. Called on Monday. Called Thursday to confirm the time 80-mile commute for us!), and they had lost our appointment, but promptly made another for same date and time. Intake and processing were outstanding, but when the truck was returned time, a large piece of the interior plastic doorframe was disconnected and tangled in my safety belt on the driver’s side. They called a tech to come up and complete the install, which he did fairly quickly. But had this been a critical component instead of a piece of plastic trim, it might have proved a serious driving issue. More attention to detail necessary. More
