Thats when Don Smith came in. He said that hed feel better if they did the work seeing how upset i was.He was experienced with the insurance process and took care of all the details. After my third Ford truck purchase two from Future Ford I’m really disappointed with the sales leader Sterling . I tried to communicate with him through text and phone calls and he promised to call me that I’m really disappointed with the sales leader Sterling . I tried to communicate with him through text and phone calls and he promised to call me that day to let me know about a question I had. When he didn’t call me the next day I told him don’t worry about it I will take care of it and I was wondering since we had purchased a freight from him last year why we weren’t getting treated with VIP service. He responded with a nasty email stating that there were several other customers and if I couldn’t wait just take care of myself. I’m very disappointed in Sterling we never got anything explained to us about our truck he didn’t set up FordPass they didn’t fuel it like they promised and they didn’t detail the truck like they promised. When we took it in to get the Dewville taken care of MIKE in the service department took very good care of us so I will give you two stars instead of one. More
