He doesn't try to upsell additional repairs and when he is able to come under the quote for individual repairs, he does so. I really enjoy Kevin's positive and optimistic attitude and helpfulness. I have worked well with Lisa and Jose as well. I have 2 Ford Escape Hybrids that will always be serviced here. Thanks Future Ford! More
